Please read these terms before creating an account or using the clinic portal.
Accounts and information
Provide accurate information when registering, booking, or updating a record. Keep your password private and use only your own account unless the clinic has authorized you to act for another person. Do not submit false, abusive, or unlawful content.
Appointments
A booking request may require staff confirmation. Contact the clinic if you cannot attend. Three qualifying no-show appointments restrict online booking for seven days; authorized staff may still assist according to clinic policy.
Clinical information
Information shown in this project supports a workflow demonstration. A qualified clinician should confirm any medical information before it is used for a care decision.
Staff responsibilities
Authorized staff should use patient information only for assigned clinic tasks, verify patient identity before changing records or payments, and keep their credentials confidential. Billing corrections and incident reports should follow the review workflow.
Project availability
The capstone team may update the system or reset demonstration data during testing. Any use with real patient data requires a separate clinic review of the system, these terms, and the Privacy Notice.
