Project information
Privacy Notice
This notice explains what information the clinic project handles and how users should protect it.
Information handled
The system may store names, contact details, dates of birth, appointments, assessments, vital signs, consultation notes, prescriptions, certificates, bills, and payment reports. It may also record which account submitted or reviewed a change.
How information is used
These details support the project workflows: identifying patients, arranging appointments, sharing records with authorized staff and doctors, preparing bills, sending account and appointment messages, and reviewing payment incidents.
Who can access it
Patients can view their own portal information. Staff, doctors, and administrators can access information needed for their assigned roles. The configured email service processes messages sent by the system, such as verification and appointment emails.
User responsibilities
Keep your login credentials private. Check that the correct patient record is open before entering information. Avoid adding unnecessary sensitive details to free-text fields, and do not share patient information outside authorized clinic work.
Storage and project data
The project administrator manages database access, backups, and removal of demonstration data when it is no longer needed. Before any real patient deployment, the clinic must define its retention schedule, contact point, and procedures for access, correction, and deletion requests.
Questions and requests
To ask about information in this project, contact the clinic or project administrator through the home page. See the Terms and Conditions for account and booking responsibilities.
